📦 Returns Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

❌ Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Stitched or customized outfits
Made-to-order products
Altered garments
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards (if applicable)
Accessories

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be resold once delivered.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Unstitched orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement or before dispatch.
Stitched or customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or the order has been confirmed.
🚚 Delivery Refusal

Refusing delivery of an order or being unavailable at the provided delivery address may result in the order being marked as refused.

Refused orders are not eligible for free re-shipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Repeated delivery refusals may result in future order restrictions.

💰 Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

You will receive a confirmation via email or phone.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
MIRHA IMRAN is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
🎨 Product & Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately.

However:

Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Minor variations in fabric texture, embellishments, embroidery placement, or finishing may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the matter and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

🌍 International Orders

For international shipments:

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Such charges are non-refundable.
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond our control.
